Job Description:

About the Role

You will manage inbound supplier and vendor queries, quantify the issues raised, document case details accurately, and propose solutions aligned with process expectations. The role requires strong communication skills, structured reasoning, and the ability to work confidently within an e-commerce support workflow.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound supplier/vendor interactions and address queries professionally.
- Record case details and supplier/vendor information accurately as per process requirements.
- Analyse and quantify problem statements raised by suppliers/vendors to identify root causes.
- Propose logical, solution-oriented responses to address supplier/vendor concerns.




- Maintain transparent communication standards (Hindi/English mandatory; regional language a plus).
- Use MS Office, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and related applications for documentation and updates.

Job Requirements:

- Education: Higher Secondary
- Strong communication skills (Mandate: Hindi/English; regional language is a plus) with excellent verbal and written ability
- E-commerce experience and knowledge are a plus
- Hands-on experience with MS Office / Google Spreadsheets / Google Documents
- Strong analytical and logical reasoning — ability to quantify issues and propose solutions
- Work mode: WFO
