- Handle incoming and outgoing calls with potential clients.
- Present and explain digital marketing services: Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Google Ads / PPC Campaigns, Website Design & Development, Content Marketing & Branding.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Convert leads into paying clients.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Excel.
- Share pricing, proposals, and service packages
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team after onboarding.
- Maintain daily call reports and sales reports.
Required Skills :
- Strong communication skills in English (regional language is a plus).
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
Preferred Qualifications :
- Graduation in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or digital marketing industry.
- Knowledge of lead generation and conversion techniques.
Performance Metrics (KPIs) :
- Number of calls handled per day.
- Lead conversion rate.
- Monthly target achievement.
- Client satisfaction and follow-up quality.
