Role Overview The Specialist Business Analyst has a dual role business analyst supporting the Audit Response service and working as a business analyst supporting the Cybersecurity Workflow Enablement platform, based in ServiceNow.
n
The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis experience, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, global workplace.
n
What will you do in this role
n
Support company auditing teams to ensure our department fully and promptly address IT audit requests, inspections, and cybersecurity assessments,
n
Support the CAPA process by ensuring findings are clearly defined, tracked, and completed on time
n
Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs, and to define and document requirements for Cybersecurity Workflow
n
Develop business use cases and process models for new and enhanced solutions.
n
Support demand management, prioritization discussions, and trade-off decisions.
n
Collaborate with solution delivery teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully implemented.
n
Document current- and future-state business processes, information flows, and performance metrics
n
Ensure compliance with validation standards, our System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), and other applicable policies.
n
Support business continuity activities and participate in internal and external audits and compliance reviews.
n
Provide day-to-day support for service requests and support system releases, including occasional weekend work.
n
What should you have
n
Bachelors' degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or any Technology stream
n
Minimum of 3 years of experience in business requirements analysis and/or business process engineering
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Experience with stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving
n
Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
n
Minimum High school degree required; concentration in one of the following fields is preferred:
n
Cybersecurity
n
Computer Science
n
Engineering or Science
n
Management/Computer Information Systems
n
Preferred Qualifications
n
Experience with ServiceNow, especially the ServiceNow Security Operations modules.
n
Knowledge of one or more cyber/workflow enablement processes, such as Audit, Risk, Vendor, Compliance, Incident, or Control Management.
n
At least 3 years of experience supporting cybersecurity business processes within the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry.
n
Experience with SDLC documentation, change management, and Agile concepts.
n
Experience supporting regulated GxP IT systems.
n
Strong facilitation, process mapping, and workshop leadership skills.
n
Experience managing contractors or external partners.
n
