Role: CNC Production Operator (Fresher / Junior)

Location: Ekkatuthangal. Chennai

Experience: Fresher/Junior(1/2 years)

Education: ITI / Diploma / CNC Certification preferred. Formal education is not mandatory for candidates with strong interest in learning and a hands-on approach. Training will be provided.

- Execute production as per job cards and daily production plans
- Update production progress and job status in ERP
- Record quality inspection results in ERP as per SOP
- Assist shop floor team in carrying out quality inspections
- Understand and perform basic machine operations
- Load raw material, change tools, and support basic machine setup
- Carry out routine machine maintenance and housekeeping
- Follow quality, safety, and shop floor discipline standards

- Basic understanding of manufacturing / CNC machine shop environment & practices




- Willingness to learn machine operations and quality procedures
- Comfortable using ERP / computer for data entry (training will be provided)
- Attention to detail and discipline in following SOPs, Ability to read job cards, inspection plans, and SOPs
- Team player with a hands-on attitude
- Ownership mindset and willingness to learn multi-skill operations
- Good coordination with production, quality, and maintenance teams
