About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented EU Tax Manager / Consultant with solid expertise in European VAT regulations, compliance, and advisory. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing VAT processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering strategic tax solutions to global clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in EU VAT regulations and compliance.
- Proven experience in VAT accounting, audits, and advisory.
- Solid understanding of GL reconciliation and financial controls.
- Experience with automation tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards.
- Knowledge of international financial reporting frameworks (IFRS preferred).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and client handling.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end EU VAT compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Oversee preparation, review, and submission of VAT returns and related filings.
- Handle VAT audits, assessments,



and advisory engagements.
- Monitor and reconcile General Ledger (GL) accounts related to VAT.
- Drive finance process automation initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics for tax and finance functions.
- Ensure proper system parameterization and internal controls for VAT processes.
- Support international financial reporting requirements and ensure alignment with global standards.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of tax professionals.
- Act as a key point of contact for client management, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Stay updated with changes in EU VAT laws and assess business impact.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
