Field Sales Executive – Oil & Gas Industry

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹27,000 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Noida, Sector 62. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales within the oil & gas industry and a passion for building strong client relationships. This role requires proactive outreach, consultative selling, and the ability to drive revenue growth in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the oil & gas sector.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide market insights and competitor analysis to management.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and closure of deals.




- Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in oil & gas or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
