- Assist in the recruitment process for blue and grey collar jobs, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate qualifications
- Coordinate pre-employment screenings and assessments for potential candidates
- Manage job postings on various job boards and recruitment platforms
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system
- Provide feedback and recommendations on recruitment strategies and processes
- Conduct reference checks for potential hires
- Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires
- Support the overall recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed
