*Requirements for charge entry :

- Minimum one year of experience in Charge entry process & DEMO entry.
- Knowledge of DEMO entry is Mandatory
- The candidate must know about E&M; CPT codes (starts with 99202, 99215).
- Must know the modifiers usage. At least 25, XU, 59, RT & LT
- They should know about the place of service & Medical record review purpose.
- Should have sound knowledge of general medical billing. and should have worked in workers compensation.
- To know to check insurance Eligibility
- Need minimal iCD-10 knowledge.

* Requirements for AR Analyst ( Non voice Day shift )

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced AR Analyst/Denial Management Executive with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable follow-up and Denial Management within the Physician Billing process. Location: Chennai (Preferred) Shift Timing: 9 - 6 PM Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year (Mandatory) Work Mode: Work from Office Salary: Based on Interview process Key Responsibilities:

- Perform AR follow-up on unpaid medical claims with insurance companies (US Healthcare).
- Analyze and take action on denied claims.
- Handle and resolve at least 5 common denial codes with a clear understanding of the denial reasons and appropriate actions.
- Work on claim forms (HCFA-1500) and ensure accuracy in billing.
- Knowledge of claim appeals submission process and usage of payer websites to check claim status.
- Proper understanding of CPT codes, E&M; coding, and modifier usage.
- Familiarity with HMO/PPO insurance plans.

Required Skills:



Minimum 1 year of AR follow-up/denial management experience Strong understanding of denial codes and resolution workflow Knowledge in general medical billing, appeals, payer portals Positive communication skills verbal & written Familiar with modifier usage and office visit CPT codes Experience in Physician Billing only Not Suitable For Candidates Who: ls, payer portals Good communication skills verbal & written Familiar with modifier usage and office visit CPT codes Experience in Physician Billing only

Not Suitable For Candidates Who:

- Have experience only in the following processes: Medical Record Upload Eligibility Checking Rejection Handling Claim Status Checking Only Credit Balance Denial Capture Only Patient Aging Report
- Have a career gap of more than 6 months.
- Have worked only in the following specialties: Anesthesia Dental DME Hospital Billing Ambulance Billing SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility)
- Have experience only in the adjudication process (Not applicable to physician billing)
