Job Title: Data Analyst / Data Engineer – Banking

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst / Data Engineer with strong experience in the banking domain . The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, optimizing, and managing data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and supporting business insights through advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines (ETL/ELT)
- Work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load data efficiently
- Develop and optimize data workflows using Spark, Kafka, and Python
- Collaborate with business and tech teams to understand data requirements
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions
- Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within banking systems
- Write optimized queries using SQL & NoSQL databases




- Monitor and troubleshoot data pipeline performance issues

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Analytics
- Mandatory experience in Banking / Financial Services domain
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- Apache Spark
- Apache Kafka
- Python

- Expertise in ETL/ELT processes & data pipeline architecture
- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with data warehousing concepts
- Positive problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of big data ecosystems
- Understanding of data governance and compliance in banking
