- End-to-end recruitment process.
- Solid hiring experience in IT ,BPO or Manufacturing Domain.
- Strong Sourcing Skills (Advanced & Boolean search)
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality candidates that meet client expectations.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers. Plan and execute bulk hiring strategies.
- Develop sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and vendors
- Excellent Communication and leadership quality
