- *Job Roles & Responsibilities:**
- **Training Needs Analysis (TNA):** Assess skill gaps and identify training requirements through surveys, performance data, and manager feedback.
- **Program Design & Delivery:** Develop engaging training modules (classroom, e-learning, workshops) tailored to employee needs.
- **Onboarding Support:** Facilitate induction programs to ensure smooth integration of current hires.
- **Content Development:** Create training materials, presentations, and handouts in line with organizational standards.
- **Evaluation & Reporting:** Measure training effectiveness using feedback forms, assessments, and performance metrics; prepare reports for HR leadership.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with department heads to customize training solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- **Continuous Improvement:** Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative learning methods (digital tools, gamification, microlearning).
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- *Qualifications & Skills:** MBA or Any post graduate preferred
