**Role Overview**:
We’re hiring a **Steno-Typist** to work closely with our Managing Director. You'll accompany him in meetings and client sessions, capturing verbal inputs, instructions, and client histories in real time. You’ll also transcribe video/audio recordings into well-structured documentation that fuels execution and accountability.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take live meeting and session notes with accuracy and speed
- Transcribe client narratives and instructions verbatim
- Convert audio/video recordings into structured written documents
- Organize meeting records and support actionable follow-ups
- Coordinate with teams to ensure documented instructions are implemented





**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Fast and accurate typing on computer
- Prior experience as a stenographer, executive assistant, or coordinator is a plus
- Strong listening, observation, and documentation skills
- High confidentiality and presence of mind
