Job Description

nWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for healthcare and corporate roles. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing positions while ensuring a smooth hiring experience.n

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

n

- Source candidates through job portals, calls, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates on interview status and feedback
- Manage offer rollouts and onboarding coordination
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment trackers

Preferred Skills

n
- Experience in healthcare recruitment (doctors, nurses, paramedics, etc.)

n

Requirements

n
- 1–4 years of recruitment experience
- Positive communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously

nWorking Days & Timings:n
- Monday to Friday working
- 2 alternate Saturdays working
- Sunday fixed off
- Work timing: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
