Job description Job description About the Role We are hiring a Operation Executive who will act as the link between various teams ensuring tasks flow smoothly deadlines are met and processes are followed efficiently This role is ideal for someone with strong follow-up skills attention to detail and the ability to multitask across departments Key Responsibilities Task Process Management Coordinate daily task lists and ensure on-time execution Follow up with internal teams Sales Design Marketing Accounts etc for task status Maintain and update process trackers and delegation sheets Reporting Documentation Collect daily weekly updates from departments and present them to reporting heads Document SOPs Standard Operating Procedures and ensure processadherence Assist in internal audits compliance checks and performance evaluations Communication Coordination Serve as a communication bridge between managers and team members Schedule and manage internal meetings take minutes and follow up on action items Coordinate between clients and team where required to ensure project timelines are met Issue Escalation Identify bottlenecks or delays in processes Escalate unresolved issues to senior management Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency Key Skills Required Strong coordination and follow-upabilities Proficient in Excel Google Sheets and task tracking tools Asana Trello etc Excellent written and verbal communication Organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Basic understanding of internal processesin service-based companies plus point Who Should Apply You enjoy coordinating people and tasks You are detail-oriented process-driven and love follow-ups You re looking for a stable role with learning and growth potential You can work closely with management to support smooth daily operations Location Jaipur On-site Full time Experience Required Fresher Preferably female candidates Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Work Location In person Job Type Full-time Pay 5 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
