Job Description

Job Role: Senior Analyst

Job Location: Pune

Experience: 4+ yrs

Analyst, Business Intelligence & Analytics

Senior Analyst enhances decision making and promotes an insight driven business culture. The Senior Analysts oversee dashboard development, data visualizations,



develop system requirements; design, prototype, and test solutions; and support solutions deployments. The Senior Analyst also develops frameworks to ensure a consistent design and approach for BI across user community.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

- Maintain current dashboards and data processes to ensure data is correctly displayed in dashboards
- Create advanced dashboards and reporting to enable self-serve analytics
- Measure marketing campaigns and activities within the marketing operations department. This includes building custom analytics and standardization of data from different platforms.
- Campaign/marketing activity tracking, testing, creating A/B tests, measuring campaign performance, and comparing results to benchmarks
- Work on various data analytics requests from marketing channel teams regarding their campaigns, presentations for senior management, lead generation programs, etc.

Required Qualification

- Experience in analyzing marketing performance and comfort querying large data sets
- Heads-on experience with BI platforms (e.g. Tableau, Domo, Power BI, etc.)
- Experience working with SQL or other programming languages
