We're building a lean, high-impact team and looking for a sharp, hungry Growth Associate to help us open new doors and grow our footprint across industries.
The Role
This is not your average entry-level job. As a Growth Associate, you'll be at the sharp end of Excelrate's expansion — identifying opportunities, building relationships, and driving conversations that lead to real business outcomes. You'll work directly with senior leadership, get exposure to C-suite interactions early, and have a front-row seat to how a B2B SaaS company scales.

What You'll Do
- Pipeline Development — Identify, research, and prospect potential clients across sectors where strategy execution is a business priority
- Outreach & Engagement — Drive outbound campaigns via , email,
and calls; build relationships with decision-makers at the CXO, VP, and Strategy Head levels
- Market Intelligence — Map the competitive landscape, track industry trends, and identify whitespace opportunities for GEMS platform
- Sales Support — Collaborate on proposals, pitch decks, and demos; support the full sales cycle from first conversation to closure
- Partnerships — Explore and nurture channel and referral partnerships to accelerate growth
- Reporting — Track and report on key growth metrics, pipeline health, and campaign performance using CRM tools
Who You Are
- MBA graduate from a reputed institution (Class of 2025 or 2026), with 0–12 months of post-MBA work experience
- A natural communicator — written, verbal, and everything in between
- Commercially curious — you read business news, understand how companies make decisions, and can hold your own in a boardroom conversation
- Self-starter — you don't wait to be told what to do; you spot opportunities and act on them
- Comfortable with ambiguity and pace — this is a startup setting; things move fast and hats change often
- Proficiency with Sales Navigator, CRM tools and MS Office / Google Workspace
Compensation
Competitive, commensurate with profile. Fixed + Variable structure with meaningful incentives tied to growth targets.
