Job Title: Project Manager – Creator Partnerships & Community

Location: Gurgaon (In office)

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Role Overview

WEChartered Consultancy is hiring a Project Manager to work closely with an international client in the creator economy space. This role sits at the intersection of project management, communication, and community engagement, requiring someone who can manage both client deliverables and creator relationships efficiently.

You will be responsible for end-to-end project execution, while also overseeing creator outreach, communication workflows, and internal team coordination. This is a high-ownership role with exposure to global creator ecosystems, especially YouTube.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Client Management

- Manage end-to-end execution of client projects from planning to delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client, ensuring smooth communication and alignment
- Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Identify risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain quality standards

Creator Partnerships & Communication

- Manage end-to-end communication with creators (DMs, emails, etc.)
- Handle high-volume outreach and engagement without compromising quality
- Identify the right moments to engage with creators for maximum impact
- Maintain a professional yet relatable tone aligned with digital culture

Team Management & Coordination

- Lead and manage a team of 5–6 members,



ensuring productivity and accountability
- Coordinate internally to keep workflows structured and efficient
- Ensure smooth execution across outreach, engagement, and reporting functions

Systems & Process Management

- Maintain and update CRM systems (Airtable or similar) with high accuracy
- Ensure all communication and data are well-documented and organized
- Build and optimize processes for better efficiency and scalability

Who We’re Looking ForCore Skills

- 2–3 years of experience in Project Management / Account Management / Client Servicing / Outreach
- Strong written and verbal English communication (near-native level)
- Ability to manage high-volume communication with precision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM tools (Airtable or similar platforms)

Preferred Traits

- Strong interest in the creator economy (especially YouTube)
- Understanding of internet culture, social media behavior, and Gen Z communication styles
- Ability to balance professionalism with relatability in communication
- Proactive, dependable, and a fast learner
- Leadership mindset with the ability to manage a small team
