- *Role & responsibilities**
- Prepare and post journal entries in the general ledger.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual account reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
- Maintain and monitor the general ledger and related accounts.
- Analyze financial statements and identify discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures.
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
- *Preferred candidate profile**
- A graduate degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience is must after Graduation,
- Basic knowledge of accounting will be an added advantage.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills with good articulation.
- Prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry is preferred.
