About The Role

Job Title: ERP Analyst

Role Summary

We are seeking an ERP Analyst with hands-on Epicor Kinetic experience to support system configuration, workflows, reporting, and day-to-day ERP operations. This role provides L2/L3 support and partners with business users to deliver reliable and effective Epicor Kinetic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Provide functional and system support for Epicor Kinetic across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
Configure and maintain Kinetic workflows, BPMs, dashboards, BAQs, labels, and forms.
Support UI and process enhancements using Application Studio.
Investigate and resolve user-reported issues through root-cause analysis.
Provide L2/L3 ERP application support and maintain support documentation.
Support Kinetic upgrades, quarterly releases, and testing activities.
Assist with integration, data migration, and production deployments.
Develop and maintain system documentation and user training materials.
Promote best practices and consistent system usage.

Mandatory Skills




Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic.
Robust understanding of ERP business processes.
Experience with workflows, BPMs, BAQs, dashboards and reporting.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience providing L2/L3 ERP application support.

Desired Skills
Experience with Application Studio.
Knowledge of manufacturing or supply chain processes.
Experience with SSRS reports, labels, and forms.
Basic understanding of REST APIs or system integrations.
SQL or technical troubleshooting experience.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, or related field.
5 - 7 years of Epicor ERP experience, preferably Kinetic.

Opportunities for Growth
