Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an AI/ML Engineer based in Chennai. The AI/ML Engineer will be responsible for developing, engineering, and optimizing machine learning models and algorithms to solve critical business problems. Daily responsibilities include working on pattern recognition, designing neural networks, analyzing data using advanced statistical techniques, and implementing algorithms to enhance AI systems. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with AI-driven goals and governance standards.

Key Technical Requirements





Strong Python programming expertise

Advanced knowledge of AI/ML (Supervised, Unsupervised, GenAI, LLMs, NLP)

Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, NLTK, spaCy

Linux systems proficiency

API design for real-time, scalable applications

Cloud experience – AWS / Azure / GCP

End-to-end data pipelines (Docker, Kubernetes)

CI/CD, DevOps, test automation

Database experience – Postgres, Redshift, MSSQL

Data integration across logs, APIs, files, and databases

Robust statistical & quantitative skills

Education

- MS in Computer Science / Data Science with 3 years of experience
