- *Role Overview** :
- We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive to grow our SaaS customer base
- You will be responsible for lead generation, product pitching, client handling, and closing deals
- This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys consultative selling, tech products, and rapid-paced growth environments
- *Key Responsibilities :**
- Identify and generate new business opportunities for our SaaS products
- Prospect through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, events, and referrals
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable product solutions
- Conduct product demos (online/offline) and explain features, pricing, and ROI
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and update CRM regularly
- Handle negotiations and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets
- Coordinate with marketing for campaign leads and follow-up strategies
- Work closely with product and support teams for smooth onboarding
- Maintain long-term client relationships and explore upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Track competitor activity and share market insights with leadership
- *Required Skills & Qualifications**




- Graduation in any discipline (MBA/PG preferred but not mandatory)
- 0-3 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably SaaS/IT services
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold calling and field/inside sales mix (as required)
- Basic understanding of SaaS business models and subscription sales
- Ability to handle targets and work in a performance-driven environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- *Preferred Candidate Profile**
- Experience selling software products, ERPs, CRMs, HRMS, or industry-specific SaaS
- Exposure to lead generation funnels and consultative selling
- Knowledge of Kolkata/West Bengal business ecosystem
