Job Title: Consultant Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India (Hybrid) Position Description We are seeking a candidate with 4–5 years of experience in procurement consulting, cost optimization, and strategic sourcing. The Consultant will play a key role in supporting client engagements, working directly with senior client stakeholders to deliver measurable value through spend analytics delivery, sourcing execution, and business development initiatives. The role provides a unique opportunity to collaborate with a diverse international team and make an immediate impact. This role will require working directly with US-based leadership. Role Summary: Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing projects across direct and indirect categories, from spend analysis to supplier negotiations and implementation. Develop category strategies by analyzing market conditions, supplier landscapes, and client objectives. Design and execute sourcing events (RFI, RFP, eAuctions). Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between client teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to deliver measurable value.



Present insights, strategies, and recommendations to senior and executive-level client leaders. Manage multiple projects concurrently, balancing priorities and deadlines effectively. Mentor and train analysts in strategic sourcing frameworks and client delivery methods. Support recruitment initiatives by identifying and evaluating new talent for the practice. Contribute to the development of intellectual capital, sourcing playbooks, and standard operating procedures. Ideal candidate will have: 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, procurement advisory, or cost reduction projects. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills. Proven experience working with procurement data (spend cubes, category analytics, supplier databases). Proven ability to engage and influence C-suite executives.
