We are looking for a Senior Manager – Pune Office Lead to partner closely with leadership and drive office operations, governance, and strategic initiatives . This is a high-impact, high-visibility role , similar to a Chief of Staff , requiring strong ownership and execution excellence.

Location: Pune (Hybrid)

Shift: 11 AM – 7 PM

Qualification: MBA preferred

Experience: 13–16 years

What You’ll Do

- Lead end-to-end Pune office operations and ensure seamless functioning
- Drive strategic planning and execution with leadership
- Establish robust governance, controls, and compliance frameworks
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders and leadership communication
- Lead high-impact programs and transformation initiatives
- Drive process improvements,



operational efficiency, and scalability
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
