Key Responsibilities:

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for ASIC roles




- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical and workforce needs
- Source and engage niche ASIC talent through multiple channels
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and closures
- Maintain hiring metrics, timelines, and compliance

Requirements:

- 4–10 years of experience in ASIC / semiconductor talent acquisition
- Robust stakeholder and candidate management skills
