About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Associate Campaign Manager to join our fast-growing team at Skillinabox .

In this role, you’ll be the bridge between creativity and data — planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that don’t just reach people, but resonate with them.

You’ll collaborate with our content, design, and strategy teams to bring powerful ideas to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, email, paid, influencer, etc.) to drive engagement and conversions.
- Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure campaign creatives align with the brand story and goals.
- Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports to improve ROI.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication for seamless campaign execution.
- Identify growth opportunities through audience insights, trends, and competitor analysis.
- Experiment with new formats, tools, and marketing strategies to enhance audience reach and impact.
- Support brand initiatives, events, and collaborations that amplify Skillinabox’s presence.





Who We’re Looking For

- Experience: 1-2 year of marketing, campaign management, or a strong interest in digital campaigns and brand building.
- Mindset: A self-starter who thrives on ownership, creativity, and learning on the go.
- Skills: Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical thinking.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media tools, and marketing analytics is a plus.
- A team player with a “let’s make it happen” attitude — ready to experiment, iterate, and grow 100x with us.

- Current Compensation - ESOP's (Stock Options) + 3LPA - 4LPA (Fixed)
- Your next Appraisal will be in a really short period considering this is a core team position we are hiring for. (4-10 Months)
