JOB SUMMARY:

To strategize and execute the CSR strategy and ensuring impactful, compliant, and sustainable social initiatives that align with the company's brand values, community needs.

STRATEGY & COMPLIANCE STRUCTURING:

Define long term CSR roadmaps and areas of intervention aligned with company’s vision

Plan and execute CSR programs directly and through partners wherever required.

Establish robust governance mechanisms SoPs

Act and guide the management as a SME ensuring all activities meet the guidelines

PARTNER MANAGEMENT & ONBOARDING:

Evaluate potential implementation partners based on their legal standing, past records, and financial transparency

Manage the Request for proposal process, contract negotiations, and the development of detailed Memorandum of Understanding.

EXECUTION PLANNING & MONITORING:





Conduct regular filed visits to verify on ground execution and identify potential challenges

Maintain meticulous records for audit purposes and lead the creation of the Annual CSR report and Impact assessment studies

Manage CSR branding and media visibility

Monitor project budgets, ensuring timely utilisation of funds and preventing unspent CSR amount lapses

PREFERRED CANDIDATES:

Candidate with MSW or related degree in Social sciences and has 8-10 years of experience in CSR.

Proficient in CSR documentation, impact measurement frameworks.

Ability to craft compelling impact stories and present data-backed reports to the management
