Role Overview We are looking for a high-ownership Account Executive to drive new business across India and Singapore. This role involves managing full-cycle sales — from discovery to closing — while building strong pipeline coverage and driving predictable revenue outcomes. Key Responsibilities - Own end-to-end sales cycles including qualification, discovery, solution positioning,



negotiation and closing Build and manage qualified pipeline through follow-ups and targeted outbound efforts Engage CFOs, finance leaders and business heads to understand operational pain points and design relevant solutions Run structured product demos and value-based conversations aligned to customer workflows Drive deal momentum by coordinating with product, onboarding and partnerships teams Maintain accurate pipeline hygiene and forecasting discipline in CRM Track competitive landscape, pricing sensitivities and buyer behaviour across India and Singapore markets Consistently achieve monthly revenue targets Skills & Qualifications - 2–5 years of B2B SaaS / fintech sales experience managing complex deals Strong discovery and stakeholder management skills Ability to sell operational and financial workflow solutions, not just features Comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with evolving GTM motions Data-driven mindset with ownership of targets and
