Title: Technical Project Manager

Role:
An experienced Project Manager is required to lead the end-to-end execution of a scalable microtask platform. This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership of building, launching, and scaling a web-based system that enables users to complete microtasks (e.g., surveys, Reddit posting, data collection) and earn payments.
The role involves managing a software development team and ensuring delivery of a high-performance platform that operates at scale with minimal manual intervention.
Responsibilities
1. Build & Launch
- Lead the design and development of the full platform (frontend, backend, UX/UI)
- Define system architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability
- Continuously improve, optimize, or rebuild systems as required
2. Operations & Delivery
- Ensure microtasks are completed:
- On time
- At required scale (1000s daily)
- With strict quality standards
- Implement monitoring systems to track task completion and performance
3. Growth & Marketing
- Develop and execute user acquisition strategies
- Drive growth via:
- SEO
- Social media
- Paid advertising (PPC)
- Ensure a consistent and scalable user base to complete tasks
4. Systems & Management
- Build and manage systems for:
- User onboarding and acquisition
- Task distribution and allocation
- Quality control and validation
- User support
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams (engineering, marketing, support)
5. Ownership
- Take full ownership of the platform’s success
- Make independent decisions across product, technical, and marketing areas
- Ensure the system operates efficiently with minimal oversight
Required Skills
- Solid team management and leadership experience
- Proven full-stack web development expertise
- Solid UI/UX design understanding
- Experience building and scaling web platforms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in growth marketing (SEO, social media, PPC)
- Prior experience with marketplace, gig-economy, or microtask platforms
- Familiarity with automation systems and workflow optimization
- Experience building low-touch or self-operating systems
- Data-driven decision-making and performance optimization
