Job Role - Purchase Executive





Key Responsibilities -

- Raise purchase orders as per requirement and planning timelines
- Follow up with vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor vendor compliance in terms of lead time and quality
- Ensure material availability as per supply plan
- Manage MOQ and negotiate costs for optimal procurement

Key Deliverables -

- Vendor On-Time Delivery: ≥ 95%
- PR to PO processing time: ≤ 24 hours
- Emergency purchases: ≤ 5%
- Inventory availability: ≥ 98%

Requirement -

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in procurement, particularly for [FMCG/Chemicals/Pharma etc.].
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, quality specifications, and supplier landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- High integrity and adherence to procurement ethics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
