Key Responsilbilties:
- Acting as a sales advocate for Conductors & Cables across all export markets (US ,Middle East, Latin America,SAARC,Africa); scaling up business processes; making recommendations for process improvement.
- Enhancing organizational reach and market share through the application of robust strategies, effective pricing and excellent client relationship management.
- Conceptualizing competitive business development strategies to develop market share for achievement of revenue & profitability targets.
- Identifying & establishing financially solid and reliable channel partners to penetrate the market more deeply; providing training and guidelines to channel partners to ensure quality performance and consistent growth, both in terms of business fundamentals and financial metrics.
- Developing competitive strategy for the tenders & Inquiries, including pricing, market analysis, value proposition, and key differentiators.
Preparing Annual Business Plan to meet the top-line & bottom-line (P&L;) and monitoring performance of channel partners.
Steering efforts in:
o Tender pre-activity (tender preparation & submission).
o Contract negotiation and agreement finalization.
o Driving business relationships with existing and new clients to secure repeat orders and foster long-term partnerships.
o Leading order execution activities, ensuring timely delivery, coordination, and efficient payment collection.
o Driving vendor approvals with global utilities and EPCs to expand market presence and create new business opportunities for the organization.
o Building and mentoring a high-performing, experienced team to support sustained growth and operational excellence.
o Promoting products through diverse marketing and outreach tools to enhance the organization’s global presence.
