Position : Data Engineer

Role Summary:

Lead data engineering initiatives across teams, driving rapid delivery, scalable data architectures, and AI-augmented development while aligning closely with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build domain expertise, manage stakeholders, and lead cross-team delivery
- Design scalable data systems, ensure reliability, and enforce quality standards
- Mentor engineers, foster strong team culture, and improve processes
- Drive AI-enabled development and rapid prototyping approaches

Requirements:

- 7+ years experience in data engineering (Python, SQL, cloud platforms like AWS)
- Strong expertise in data architecture, integration, and distributed systems (e.g., Spark)
- Experience with AI tools, data for LLMs, and enterprise data environments
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with rapid prototyping

Nice to Have:

- Consulting/forward-deployed experience and exposure to CRM data platforms
