Job title: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Recruitment Location: Noida (Onsite role) Experience: 5+ Years Department: Human Resources Role Overview We are looking for a driven Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end hiring processes and support talent acquisition strategies. The role requires strong stakeholder management, sourcing expertise, and the ability to close positions efficiently while ensuring a great candidate experience. Key Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring needs. • Handle bulk and lateral hiring across multiple roles and functions. • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors, and other channels. • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire. • Maintain and track recruitment metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and pipeline health.



• Coordinate interviews and provide regular updates to stakeholders. • Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective utilization of external partners. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives. Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition. • Strong experience in end-to-end hiring and stakeholder management. • Exposure to volume hiring and/or niche hiring. • Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and ATS tools. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.
