Position : Finance Manager

Position Summary

The position will lead all day-to-day finance operation. It will hold functional responsibility over accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and compliance. The position will also be responsible for ensuring that systems and procedures are in place to support effective programme implementation and for conducting flawless audits.

Desired Experience: Chartered Accountant with 2 to 3 years of experience or Strong Finance experience of 5 to 7 years

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Oversee all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

*Maintain internal controls and safeguards for revenue receipt, costs, budgets and actual expenditures.

* Follows up with customers for Account Receivables

*Coordinating all audit activity

*Consistently analyzing of financial data and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress, changes and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;





*Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process; administering and reviewing all financial plans and comparing to actual results with a view to identifying, explaining and correcting variances as appropriate; Responsible for the technical competency development of the team.

*Managing Customer contracts or any other license agreements: preparing & Signing.

*Track and Manage Accounts Receivables in co-ordination with the delivery teams

*Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR): Receiving POs, raising invoices, issuing receipts, reporting on outstanding balances, and aging reports

Advanced Knowledge in Microsoft Excel

Positive presentation skills

Process orientated - process is essential to ensure work is conducted in a structured manner

Key Behavioural Skills

Excellent spoken, written and interpersonal communication skills

Excellent problem solving, reasoning and decision making skills.

Confident - working in a team of experienced, passionate accountants; you must be able to have and communicate your opinion

Ability to work in a geographically disparate team having members in India, UAE, Africa,Singapore etc.
