Role description

responsible for handling the institute's operations and student-related issues, grievances, and escalations while ensuring strict adherence to company policies and academic guidelines. The role acts as the final authority on grievance resolution, policy enforcement, and coordination with authorities if required.

- Handle and resolve student complaints, disputes, and escalations in a professional, policy-driven manner.




- Act as the final escalation point for student grievances beyond counsellors and academic teams.
- Ensure all grievance resolutions are well-documented, transparent, and policy-compliant.
- Ensure 100% adherence to institutional policies, terms & conditions, refund policies, and code of conduct.
- Coordinate with the team on internships and placements with the head office and branch office
- Liaise with authorities when required in student-related matters.

Qualifications

- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail
- Experience in operations management, process improvement, and team leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address operational challenges effectively
- 0-2 years of work experience required

THIS ROLE WILL BE CONVERTED TO PPO (Final offer) if candidates perform well for a 6-month probation period
