Lead end-to-end analytics projects-from problem framing to deployment
Convert business challenges into structured data problems
Work directly with clients across geographies
Deliver actionable insights using advanced analytics & modeling
Become a Subject Matter Expert and drive ownership
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in Data Analyst/ Decision Science
Strong SQL & Tableau skills (8/10 proficiency expected)




Advanced Excel for storytelling & analysis
Hands-on experience in Hypothesis Testing & Attribution Modeling
Marketing Mix Modeling
Client-facing experience (Banking/Financial Services preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
