As a Customer Support- Chat & Email at HNR Tech, you will be responsible for guiding customers through their inquiries while delivering top-tier customer service with every interaction. Technical & Non-Technical Skills: Microsoft Office Communication skills Responsibilities: 100% self-learner and motivated. Has worked for a US-based process, preferably, for a minimum of 30 months or more. Extremely strong vocal & and written English communication skills. Preferred education background as 10+2+3 throughout English Medium. Must have Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to solve analytical issues. Ability to make independent decisions & and meet stringent deadlines. Analytical mind & and attention to detail. Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred.



Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat tools is a plus. Must be dedicated, on time, and have a great ability to multitask as well as handle a large volume of incoming orders/chats/emails, within our contact center. Available any 5 days a week and during peak seasons such as Black Friday/Thanksgiving week. Experience in a high-volume setting is preferred. Requirements: Engage with customers via live chat, emails, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally. Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services. Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by understanding their needs and offering suitable recommendations. Process orders and manage customer interactions efficiently.
