- Student Mentorship: Advice and support students in their academic and career development.
- Academic Administration: Manage student records and assist in academic processes.

Eligibility Criteria:

- MA/MSc and BA/BSc in Psychology or related discipline with specialization in Industrial/Organizational Psychology .
- Ph.D. is mandatory , and NET (National Eligibility Test) or GSET (State Eligibility Test) qualifications are preferred.

* Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

* Qualification and Experience should be as per UGC/Councils norms.
