Consultant – Strategy & Performance Improvement | Deal Advisory

Are you a strategy qualified who thrives on solving complex business problems, working with senior stakeholders, and turning data into powerful insights?

We are looking for a Consultant to join our high-performing Strategy & Deal Advisory team. This role offers the opportunity to work across strategic studies, market assessments, business plan reviews, and performance improvement engagements , alongside experienced leaders and global teams.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver commercial, financial, and operational analyses that shape key client decisions
- Build financial and operational baselines, run benchmarking, and support cost optimization initiatives
- Conduct management interviews and translate insights into impactful, client-ready stories
- Work directly with Partners, Directors, and client leadership teams
- Own quality and structure of deliverables on small to mid-size engagements




- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development and thought leadership

What We’re Looking For

- 3–5 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or performance improvement
- Strong analytical capability with experience in baselining, benchmarking, and insight generation
- Working knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or Tableau
- Confident communicator with strong business acumen
- MBA, CFA, or Engineering graduate from a top-tier institution
