Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support smooth financial processes within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accounts payable and receivable records

Handle billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups with clients

Manage and monitor collections from customers, including regular follow-ups for outstanding payments

Ensure timely recovery of receivables and maintain proper ageing reports

Coordinate with clients for payment commitments and dispute resolution

Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts on a regular basis

Prepare and maintain financial reports, MIS reports, and expense statements

Ensure timely GST compliance, return filing, and documentation





Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits

Manage vendor payments and expense tracking

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance

Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation

Proficiency in Tally / Busy / Accounting Software and MS Excel

Solid attention to detail and accuracy

Good communication and coordination skills
