Role Description

This is a full-time (12:30 PM-9:30 PM), on-site role based in Mumbai(Andheri East) for a U.S. Accounts Executive. The role involves managing accounting and financial records for U.S.-based clients, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, processing transactions, handling payroll, assisting with tax compliance, and providing accurate financial reporting.



The role requires frequent communication with U.S.-based clients, ensuring timely and accurate financial services delivery.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, account reconciliation, and payroll processing.
- Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards, tax compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Robust numerical and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills in both written and spoken English.
- Competence with accounting software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a meticulous and deadline-driven environment.
- Preferred qualification: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience in handling U.S. clients or accounts is advantageous.
