To ensure timely collection of customer payments by regular follow-ups, maintaining receivable records, and conducting customer visits when required for payment coordination and relationship management. --- Key Responsibilities: Regularly follow up with customers through calls, emails, and visits for pending payments. Maintain an updated record of receivables and payment status. Coordinate with the sales and accounts team to resolve invoice or billing issues. Visit customer sites for payment discussion, cheque collection, or account reconciliation. Prepare and share weekly/monthly receivable and ageing reports. Track customer credit limits and payment terms. Escalate long-pending payments to management with detailed remarks.
Assist in audits by providing receivable and payment documentation. --- Skills Required: Solid communication and follow-up skills Customer-handling and negotiation ability Basic accounting knowledge Good in MS Excel / ERP system Willingness to travel for customer visits --- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / Diploma in Accounting or Finance --- Experience: 1 year in accounts receivable or payment collection, preferably in a commercial or service-based company
