Job Title: Finance Executive

About the Role

- The role is Executive -Finance & Accounts within the Finance team in Inlogic Technologies Pvt Ltd. The purpose of the role is to carry out accounts receivable and accounts payable activities and associated accounting tasks, ensuring that accounts are maintained and managed properly.

Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable and payable on a group level weekly & monthly.
- Communicate and handle with overseas clients regarding accounts receivable, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Review and process reimbursements.
- Reconciliation of bank statements.
- Client wise profitability reports on quarterly basis for Indian entities.
- Maintenance of Agreements of MMH Global India.
- Assisting Finance manager in Tax/Statutory compilations and physical banking.
- Assist and liaise with team in a timely manner as required for the assigned tasks.
- Assisting team to close month end processes on time.

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator,



Finance Executive, or similar role.
- Communicate and handle with overseas clients regarding accounts receivable, invoices, and payment follow-ups.
- Good communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with accounting software.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions).
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
- Time-management and organization skills.
- Confidentiality and good spoken English.
- Degree in Finance & Accounting.
- A flexible "can do" attitude.
- Must be a team player who can fit in with our small team.
