Job Summary

Bajaj Life Insurance is seeking a agile and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process within a defined timeline of 3–7 days, ensuring quality hiring and a seamless candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Recruit candidates from company-provided leads and additional sourcing channels.
- Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further selection rounds.
- Ensure closures within the defined recruitment timeline (3–7 days).
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for hiring requirements and approvals.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for selected candidates.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to the Senior Recruitment Partner (SRP).

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate in any discipline (HR specialization preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet hiring targets.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and selection techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment portals.
- Self-motivated and performance-driven attitude.

Preferred Experience

- 0–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in bulk hiring or fast-paced recruitment environments is an advantage.
