Job Summary

We are looking for a courteous and energetic F&B; Service Associate to deliver excellent dining experiences to our guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining service standards
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and presentable at all times
- Handle guest queries and complaints politely and efficiently
- Follow hygiene, safety, and service SOPs as per hotel/restaurant standards
- Assist in billing, cash handling, and POS operations when required
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team for smooth operations




- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas and equipment

Requirements & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year experience in F&B; service (hotel/restaurant preferred)
- Freshers with hospitality training may also apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused attitude with a pleasant personality
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service and hygiene practices

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
