Job Overview – HR Manager

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Manager to lead and optimize our human resource operations at Autobacs India. This role is crucial in driving HR strategy, managing people processes, and fostering a workplace culture that supports growth, performance, and innovation.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in people management and business transformation, with a strong grasp of modern HR practices, compliance, and organizational development. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who can balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

- Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the end-to-end hiring process – from sourcing and screening to onboarding.
- Collaborate with leadership to anticipate workforce needs based on business expansion.

Performance Management & Employee Development

- Design and implement a structured performance appraisal system.
- Develop training programs to enhance skills and growth opportunities.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, and retention strategies.

HR Policies & Compliance

- Establish and maintain HR policies in line with labor laws and industry standards.
- Ensure legal compliance and manage risk in HR operations.
- Address employee grievances and foster a culture of open communication.

- Oversee payroll processing, employee benefits, and incentive programs.

Requirements

- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven experience in the automotive industry or e-commerce sector is a plus.
- Proficiency in HR software and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
