Dukadoo is building a strong on-ground retail presence across pet stores, and we’re looking for a highly driven Field Sales Executive to lead this expansion.

This is not a desk job. This is market, movement, and money.

What You’ll Do

- Visit pet shops, pet clinics, and grooming stores daily
- Pitch Dukadoo products and onboard current retail outlets
- Ensure product placement and visibility in stores
- Push stock movement and generate repeat orders
- Build strong relationships with shop owners
- Track sales, visits, and orders on a daily basis
- Collect market feedback (pricing, competitors, demand trends)

Who You Should Be

- Someone who enjoys being on the field more than sitting in office
- Can confidently walk into a shop and start a conversation
- Has the hunger to close deals and earn incentives




- Understands local markets and shop owner psychology
- Comfortable handling rejection and bouncing back fast

Requirements

- 1–3 years experience in field sales / FMCG / pharma / distribution
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of retail sales cycle
- Two-wheeler preferred (huge plus)
- Kolkata market familiarity preferred

Compensation

- Fixed Salary + High Incentives per shop onboarding & repeat orders
- Travel allowance
- Growth into Area Sales Manager role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,839.51 - ₹12,000.00 per month
