An exciting opportunity has arisen at Finance, at Navi Mumbai, India for EXECUTIVE – CREDIT CONTROL.

As an Executive – Credit Control, you will play a key role in managing and monitoring receivables across all business verticals. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure timely collections, maintain accurate records, and support internal coordination to minimize outstanding dues.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Proactively follow up with clients via phone and email to recover overdue payments
- Maintain and update trackers and databases for effective follow-up and reporting
- Reconcile discrepancies in receipts and customer ledger statements
- Prepare and submit regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Coordinate with internal teams and branch offices to compile outstanding data
- Reconcile client statements of accounts and resolve billing issues
- Visit clients when necessary to address and resolve payment-related concerns

Requirements





- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Management, Finance, or Accounting (B Com, BMS, BBA, BFA)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the service industry
- Good communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Excellent client service and follow-up abilities
- Tactful and professional in handling sensitive client conversations
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and Tally ERP
- Self-motivated, organized, and target-driven
