Job Overview

We’re looking for energetic and customer-friendly individuals to join our cinema team. As a Service Associate, you’ll ensure guests have a smooth and enjoyable movie experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Ticket Counter (Box Office): Handle ticket booking, billing, and seat allocation.
- Food Counter (Concessionaire): Take food orders, serve guests, and maintain hygiene.
- Ticket Scanning (Podium): Check tickets and guide guests to their screens.
- Floor Assistance: Help customers with queries and maintain cleanliness.
- SOS (Service on Seat): Deliver food and assist guests inside the auditorium.

Requirements

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream)
- Good communication skills (English/Hindi)
- Neat grooming and polite behavior
- Flexible to work in morning or evening shift, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,500.00 per month
