Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Recruitment Executive with prior experience in the nursing or healthcare staffing sector. The ideal candidate will work closely with our recruitment team based in Ireland to help meet our growing staffing demands and ensure the delivery of high-quality candidates across various regions.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Irish recruitment team to meet regional staffing requirements.
- Execute recruitment campaigns alongside recruitment consultants, promoting vacancies across relevant platforms.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and channels to build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals.




- Conduct pre-screening, phone, and final interviews with candidates.
- Ensure the completion of the end-to-end recruitment process in compliance with company standards.
- Verify that all candidates meet compliance, training, and onboarding requirements.
- Operate independently and proactively, reporting directly to the Recruitment Manager.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum of 7 months to 1 year of experience in a recruitment role, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and CRM software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Experience in international recruitment is a strong advantage.
- Bachelors degree is a must

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,126.58 - ₹27,515.88 per month
