Role

Handle calling based communication with vendors for the gifting platform across birthday, anniversary, and corporate gifting categories.

What you will do

• Call vendors for onboarding coordination

• Follow up with vendors for document submission and basic details

• Confirm vendor information such as product category, pricing, delivery areas, and working hours over calls

• Remind vendors about pending onboarding steps

• Maintain explicit call updates and hand over collected information to the internal team

• Coordinate with vendors through calls to ensure smooth communication during onboarding

KPIs

• Number of vendor calls completed

• Follow up completion rate

• Vendor response rate

• Accuracy of information collected through calls

• Onboarding call closure rate
